Its odd that MSNBC was just castigating the GOP for not standing up to independents more. If they court an ever increasing bloc of citizens who are unimpressed with Obama, doesn't that makes sense politically?
Unfortunately, the only approval rating that matters was conducted in Nov 2012. I wonder where all these people were then?
Well some people voted for Obama, as they thought he would do a better job than Romney - but are starting to wise up on Obama's non-stop broken promises, lies, etc...
The fact of the matter is that if Obama remains unpopular (sub 40%) with non-blacks, it could hurt his ability to pass laws, win Democrat seats in 2014, etc...
There were posters on here, TV personalities, liberal coworkers all happy to point out Romney's poll numbers struggled with black voters = Romney is someway bad.
The fact that Obama's job performance struggles with so many groups - does that not equal something bad?
That happens when you have liberals who stick their head in the sand when there is a number that doesn't work for their situation. To be fair, conservatives do this too.

That's a fact though Obama lost me as a vote a while before that...
I've always said in order to accurately get a sense of how Obama is doing you have to subtract Blacks from the polls. Blacks cannot be remotely objective where Obama is concerned.
^^^^^ this. I think to get a accurate picture, you have to look at the independent voters. And if he's polling at 37% with Independents, then that's telling where this administration is and where it's heading.

Those that voted for Obama still aren't sorry they didn't vote for Romney. The rest is just wishful thinking.

I am sure that the vast majority aren't.
I think any mature and intellectually reflective voter would at least be disappointed in Obama. After all, you voted for Obama based on his lies and broken promises in theory.
#1 The RCP Average was very accurate in both 2008 and 2012. The simple RCP average of states beat the demi-god Nate Silver in 2008 and was only 1 state away from perfection in 2012.
The RCP average shows that Obama's job approval is struggling with non-blacks, middle class, and independents.
Sorry, but that is the case. You can hide from the facts if you like.
#2 Stop comparing to Obama to Bush or Romney. Obama is president. His poll numbers are tanking because of the ineptitude of his own administration.
#3 How is this man so amazing? What has Obama done besides do an average job, lie, break promises, etc?
Reading comprehension is not your strong suit. I said the Democratic Party is more representative of the American public. We have whites, blacks, hispanics, asians, religious, and non-religious members. The Republican Party is mostly white, Christian people. That's the difference.
Try reading your own post. You said that the democratic party represents "all Americans".
Now since you have been called on your lie, in typical dem fashion you are trying to walk it back and say you said something else.
Comprehension? Perhaps you are the one in need.
