From a law perspective, some of the blame will have to go to the witness. Political biases aside, she's pretty awful.
Also from the same perspective, they had to work with the little they had to get those indictments. I think they gave in to public pressure and filed too fast.
Zimmerman would never have had the "courage" to follow Martin or anyone else without full consciousness of that gun on his side. Loaded and without the external safety on.

Ten minutes before his initial sighting of Trayvon he had to have strapped on the gun and holster. He was just going to the store, LOL. Unless, of course, he wears his gun and holster 24/7. Must be a little uncomfortable in bed...
Libs are labeling Zimmerman as white. No doubt had he been in the news because he had illegally crossed the border and not up for murder, he would be paraded as an hispanic.
There is no "official" story. And there won't be unless Zimmerman testifies. We just have different versions from Zimmerman as to what happened. So I guess all his supporters pick and choose from each statement??
I really don't see him testifying, do you? He will probably have a new version by now.
I recall a report, or something of that nature, whereby the dude at the MMA study (gym), said GZ was Soft, and had no athletic ability or skills. Sounds like he was right.
Well, I guess that means the State is not going to call that guy to testify.....or at least I hope they don't.
