They have been answered. You reject the answers. Then ask another question, get another answer you reject. Ask something new.
They have not been answered. I've read every post in these threads. If you think they've been answered, please post a link, or even better, ANSWER THEM. Otherwise I'm going to conclude you've got nothing.
No one has answered this question:
In Zimmerman's account to his best friend, he swore that he was attempting to scoot off the sidewalk as Trayvon was above him with his knees to Zimmerman's armpits yet at the same time Trayvon supposedly noticed the gun and went for it, which is physically impossible. Trayvon would have had to have had eyes at the back of his head and reach behind him to get the gun. Please refute that.
the defense appears, to me, to be "spinning" things in a light that they find positive. . . . .so glad motion for acquittal denied!
I was pretty surprised by the defense 'spinning' things for gz after the prosecutor gave a such fair and balanced presentation of the evidence. O'Mara doesn't know the meaning of 'play fair.'
He answered it by saying it had already been answered. That's NOT an answer.
We all get tired of answering the same questions over and over. Maybe we need to start cutting and pasting our answers the same way you cut and paste your questions. We just don't think it is nothing more than wasting time.
The Court denied the motion for judgment of acquittal. All Martin's family wants is for their son's murderer to be brought to trial--no matter the outcome.
Yep, I am sure they will be smiling when there is an acquittal.
I agree to some extent. The full case needs to be presented not just to the jury but to the public.
The defense has been smoking hot so far, thanks to the bizarre group of witnesses barfed up by the prosecution.
Yes, Dale, I was thinking, although not elaborating, that I believe the full case needs to be presented to the public as well. I wanted that more than to the jury. Personally, I believe the jury already has made up their minds.
