So, when the 911 person told Zimmerman "we don't need you to do that", as Zimmerman was following Martin, in "la la land" apparently that means they were encouraging him to stalk Martin?
No evidence that Zim was following. Pure speculation.
This thread is about the trial I believe, not speculation. You people wonder why threads get closed?
Are you listening to the testimony? The 911 Dispatcher stated that, legally, they can only make a suggestion, not command them on what to do. And that, by asking as to the current location of TM, it could be construed to mean they were encouraging GZ to follow him.
It's easy to tell who's actually watching the trial live and who isn't. No need to ask.
I got a pillow and rested my head during the Bao Babblefest. Didn't intend to, but dozed off. When I snapped to, I was hearing a clattering of female voices, like a bunch of women on a lunch break. Were they accidentally broadcasting something they shouldn't have? I didn't bother to look because it was clear it wasn't part of the trial. It sounded kinda like The View without the anger.
I agree, and what's so sad about this whole ordeal is the fact that anyone in Florida can follow someone (for what ever reason ie racial profiling, suspicious behavior, or just because) and this same person can either confront or be confronted by the followed person that could result in a death of either party.
Now the problem that I have with this is that if the person being followed confronts the person following him or her and a fight results, then as George Zimmerman is defending according to Florida law, anyone can stand their ground when in fear of his life, even though he's partly responsible for putting himself in a situation where his life is in danger.
Basically what I am saying without being too wordy is that there should be some accountability on George Zimmerman's part for the death of Trayvon Martin. The way this case is leaning, I don't think George is going to be convicted of anything.
I think it would be partially GZ's fault if it were reasonable for him to believe that in trying to keep an eye on TM til police arrived, that it would lead to a physical confrontation. I'm not sure that he expected it to go that way.
