There is no one in here that can argue reasonably why this case shouldnt be dismissed. NO evidence presented shows 2nd degree murder. The State didnt prove anything with their case.
What he said was that, under the law, he doesn’t get a second bite at the apple, so he has to present all of his arguments to the judge before she rules so that she has a smorgasbord to choose from rather than a single argument that she might shoot down.
I don’t see any way this judge can do anything but direct an acquittal. If she doesn’t, it will clearly be overturned on appeal.
The judge is biased as hell. Even before now, there is grounds for appeal if the case would go on and he isnt acquitted. But if she cant look at the States presentation and realize there is nothing there, than she has no business being a judge.
She's isn't even caring about the precedent he's presenting her.
Her mind was made up before he moved for acquittal.
I think she's enjoying the spotlight also.
I'm glad Omara got away from mom's testimony. I really feel for her.
I don't think that either MOM or West really wanted, or needed to discredit the mom. They have shown way more class than that. But all the other dolts are free game though.

They certainly have shown class.
The ME is fair game as is any other.
