Can't do that as it would disproportionally help poor people.

If poor people keep their own money there is chance they will no longer be poor.

If the poor aren't around the Democrats can't justify a new program to "help" them.

And go back to the days of hazy blueish/brown skies, barely visible mountains, burning eyes, red flags, and breathing problems?

[no thanks ]

The cigarette tax is mostly paid by the poor. Does that mean we should get rid of it?

The U.S. has about 300 million people. The rest of the planet has about 6.7 BILLION people.

All these expensive "green" mandates impose incredible cost on America's struggling working class and poor class, while the effect is less than a few less grains of sand on a 10-mile long beach.

It's all about government CONTROLLING and MANDATING everything you do (and buy), while enriching those businesses rich enough to buy politician's votes.

"Saving the planet" is a lame excuse that becomes ludicrous when you look at what is actually accomplished, versus the huge costs imposed on those who can least afford them.

Why would you post about something you know absolutely nothing about?
Alpha does that a lot.

THEN you would be complaining about the cars rolling down the street spewing oil smoke into the air.

I know exactly what I'm talking about.

A. My & 10000000's of other cars required work for inspections too, So what? Its part of car ownership.
Should I/we blame it on republicans? They are usually around when something goes wrong . . .

B. I dont have the money for something, I do without.

C. No, a tax mandated your states government. Move to one of the many states that dont have it, if it bothers you.

Again, you have no idea what you are talking about. Car people get enough of a free ride. Anything that goes toward making them pay their fair share is a good thing.
