Pretty sickening listening the the ADA continuing to call TM a child. There were no children involved in this case. He is making a poor attempt to make the jury feel sorry for the man-thug...
Ya, funny thing is if TM was on trail for shooting or assaulting GZ there would be none of the "child" nonsense from the prosecution. They'd go after him as an adult.
That's a really good point --- if Trayvon was on the hunt, waiting to attack George, would he have had his earbuds on his ears, and actually be on the phone. If you're searching for someone on a dark rainy night you would kind of want to be able to see and hear clearly. Very good point.

MOM was correct when he said that if Travyon had lived that HE would be the one on trial for "aggravated assault".
A troubling subtext of the entire trial and the situation is young thugs should have the run of the streets at night and good law abiding citizens should fearfully tremble behind locked doors….
….a remarkable thing about all the witness reactions was that all the community members were obviously terrified to actually intervene i.e. “get involved” to stop the fight, they didn’t even want to get up close enough to have a good view of what was happening…the populace is fearful….afraid….this is what the thug/race baiters rely on…lawful people cowering in fear….
People don't live in gated communities because they feel secure. They move there to try to avoid any contact with the "undesirables".
Fear is a terrible thing, usually born of ignorance and/or hatred.
If he's found guilty, there are plenty if grounds for appeal.
I just don't know.
Juries aren't robots, they're people. Who knows, emotion may be getting to them.
That would be the only way they will come up with a guilty verdict.

Sad thing is if a 'black' teenager shot TM this would never have gotten the attention that it has - how many times does this happen all over the cities in the US.
