this is a sham now going for Child abuse are they kidding me now? Talking about grasping at straws. I would feel insulted if I was on the jury and make it known as such when in deliberation with my fellow citizens. I agree if they can't get the Murder 2 they will try to get whatever they can get. This isn't selling a home, you can't drop the price till you get a buyer .

Oh, no "you" can't. Trayvon was walking home from the 7-11, talking on the phone. GZ's subjective assessment that "he looks like he's on drugs or something" is pure speculation on GZ's part and a common expression. Is talking on the phone "acting suspiciously"? Do we all have to worry that we don't look like we're on drugs when we walk around in public now? Balderdash!

Felony Murder?! Felony murder requires that the predicate felony be separate and distinguishable from the actual killing. This prosecutor is a bumbling moron. The law is just being completely ignored in this trial.

And even worse it sounds like this heavily biased judge is considering letting it into play.

I really hope the jury sees the injustice of this crap and aquits on all charges. OK...maybe fine him for littering for leaving his flashlight.

Better yet, look at the people committing the crimes. Oh wait, they' should be because we've not "walked in their skin".
Now you've got the former police chief stating he was fired because he refused the city manager's demand to arrest G.Z..
Nope, no race involved here.

Coming back to the child abuse issue. She will rule on it as she says law permits state's child abuse argument

They just got into the reason I've said all along why George can't be charged with a lesser. It involves CHILD ABUSE. We'll see how this goes.

Funny thing - GZ was right about the drugs.
