The pictures show blood pouring out GZ's nose. Yet, although TM was supposedly covering GZ's nose and mouth, very little of GZ's blood on TM's hands. You can discount the rain. Once the blood gets under one's fingenails, the rain won't wash it off easily. It's not like Trayvon was lying in the grass for hours.
So who gave George the bloody / smashed nose and the gashes on the back of his head ?
I just fired off an email to my US Rep regarding the possible double jeopardy issue regarding the filing of lesser charges after the trial had essentially ended, asking him if this could be corrected via legislation or if a constitutional amendment would be required. I pointed out that, if I found myself in a similar situation as Zimmerman is in, I would have to consider leaving the country before going to trial where this could happen.
If you feel the same as I do, please contact your representative. The next victim of the state could be you or a loved one.
Given the issue with the contents of the phone and how that was handled, I no longer put any trust in what Dr Bao may have found and reported. The fix was in from early on.
The man was 100% incompetent. I wonder how many innocent black men he's sent to prison.
The Jury will decide if Vig Z goes free or if they will let a murder go... Will have to wait and see.

This was brought up before, and answered before, by me. GZ was working as some sort of insurance adjuster at the time. You'd think he'd have insurance. However, the shoemaker's kids and all that. However, if he was uninsured, he obviously didn't think his injuries were serious enough to pay cash, which most of the cons on this board feel is the way to go, anyway.

And how much of a 10 year sentence does one generally serve?
What Tv news channel are you guys watching following the trial??
