"Insurance" has enabled the purchase of massive amounts of health care services that nobody can afford. Including ER.

Tell me, where does the money come from that insurance uses to pay the ER bill for you?
Pay for ER? Not sure what you mean.

ER will take care of an immediate problem. stop the bleeding, etc. Thats all. Up to you to go to the doctor.

Have you had to go to ER for a serious issue? And pay cash?

You can run up a $5000 bill in 4 hours.

I ask again, where does the money come from to pay these bills?

If having a third party purchasing your needs for you is so great... why aren't you pushing to have the government provide your car, food, clothes, and house for you?
