It is human nature for the majority to behave irresponsibly if not held accountable.

Entitlements encourage irresponsibility.

For those states that are expanding medicaid the income restriction is 138% of FPL.
They estimate that this will add 300,000 new medicaid recipients to the existing rolls.

Of course you are right. What if you didn't discipline your own children? How do you think they would turn out?

With this new ACA, aren't they all going to expand? How would they not?

Regardless, the only sure fire way is abstaining.

Just some general statistics.
Birth Control Failure Rates
Report Shows Contraception Failure, 54% Used Before Abortion | LifeNews.com

The Guttmacher report shows “54 percent of women who have abortions had used a contraceptive method *usually condom or the pill) during the month they became pregnant.” These figures are similar to those of a report in Spain showing abortions doubling despite increased family planning promotion.
The pill is pretty much fool proof. Condoms are quite another thing but even they are usually effective.

By their own stats no it isn't. NM the health consequences of long term artificial hormones.

Medicaid expansion is optional. Since states have to put their own money into it as well they can opt out.
Only 28 states are expanding medicaid.

Well it is always supposedly up to the state. So the states that aren't are going to have even more between the cracks with this.

They won't post any stats because the stats don't go along with their claims.
And then when you do post stats they refuse to acknowledge them and deflect or go off on a tangent.

We've tipped the scales in almost every area that deals with the poor.
You now have a majority taking from the system and a minority contributing to the system.
And to make it worse, those that are contributing are contributing less (underemployment) and having a hard time doing it.
