Most pregnancies are not the result of failed contraception though. Those who choose to have baby after baby that they can't afford are because they lack responsibility or it is intended to garner more welfare benefits.
It is human nature for the majority to behave irresponsibly if not held accountable.

With this new ACA, aren't they all going to expand? How would they not?
Many are the result of failed contraception. Many. Choosing to keep the baby is a whole other can of worms. Either way there is a real issue.
Regardless, the only sure fire way is abstaining.
I have no data to back that up, nor am I going to hunt and find any. You are welcome to prove me wrong, but I highly doubt that 48% of the US births came from single mothers and unemployed parents.
The liberals/progressives refuse to acknowledge that dependence begets more dependence.
They won't post any stats because the stats don't go along with their claims.
And then when you do post stats they refuse to acknowledge them and deflect or go off on a tangent.
We've tipped the scales in almost every area that deals with the poor.
You now have a majority taking from the system and a minority contributing to the system.
And to make it worse, those that are contributing are contributing less (underemployment) and having a hard time doing it.
