Yes those amendments do, but neither have anything to do with Citizens United...buddy. All Citizens United is the ability for the super rich to basically buy elections.
It is the ability to put your money where your mouth is. It is the ability to exercise your 1st Amendment rights to the masses.
As you can see...it is liberals who wish to undermine the Bill of Rights. A sea change since I was a kid.

So you are okay with the super rich blatantly buying political seats to install politicians that will make them more money. That undermines the Bill of Rights and the masses to be properly represented in our government.

Good, while the right has been worried about the left violating one Amendment, the left has been busy worrying about the right violating the rest of the Amendments.
How about naming just one of those many you claim the Right has violated? I find it rather difficult to believe since they only have a majority in one house of Congress.
