Doctors don't have a choice though. Their office records are going electronic.

I'm guessing the dentist would be particularly interested in oral sex activity. Not trying to make a sexual joke here, just saying he/she does deal with the oral cavity (mouth). Now, if he/she started going on about other forms of sex, than I'd get concerned.

If they couldn't vet Snowden ;monitor the major at Ft Hood after warnings from other doctors; just transferred him or even looking back at 9-11 ignored their own FBI agent's warnings or secure this building of limited access they perhaps need get back to basics first of all.
