Nor can Obama. He doesn't get to drop the ball and then take credit for a non-military solution when all he pushed for was a military solution.

What is the problem with NOT having a war?
Don't see any of you enlisting and willing to give up the life of your family, kids and grandkids.
If you're not willing to provide that sacrifice, shut the heck up.

Default Bottom line: Pubs continue to lose

What's more disgusting, but not surprising, is the perspective of the Right. Always trying to find something, anything, to criticize President Obama about while your ideology reeks of a stench so funky that it has rendered you Pubs irrational, blind, and cannibalistic.

The international community has determined what level of punishment is necessary here. The atrocity was great no doubt, but Assad is having his chemical weapons taken away from him and faces military action if he fails to deliver. That is it for now. Assad now has a shorter leash.

What are we supposed to do, go it alone, and blast Assad's head off? Drop 12,000 bombs all over the damn place like Dubya? This is the Neanderthal diplomacy favored by you gun nuts. Not effective. If the President did go in there and cause hell, clueless Pubs would criticize that.

Leave these important matters to the heavy hitters, and stay out of the way.

I would think that repubs would be more focused on trying to win the upcoming 2016 election, but they seem to be mired in this obsession to smear Obama, who won't even be running for reelection, go figure.

And how would America go about punishing Syria anyway? I'd like to see some ideas of how that might happen.

You accuse the right of only wanting to use bombs but it was your Man Obama who was pushing the use of our Military. It was the Right with the exception of a few idiots that were dead set against it. And for the record the vast Majority of Americans don't want us to get involved.
Has he (Obama) instigated any military action in Syria to date?

To add./
The repubs have a very limited agenda, basically its = hate Obama as much as possible and criticize everything he tries to do.While calling any one not in agreement lots of silly little names.
Its definitely a rightwing obsession bordering on mental dysfunction akin to collective dementia .Its just not healthy to infuse that much hate into your daily life.

Oh, and let us not all forget how "exceptional" we must be as a nation if our elected leaders felt the need to create a framework of legislation so intentionally oppressive, that we would incarcerate a higher percentage of our people than any other nation on Earth.

That term is useful for nothing more than ignorant, uninformed Americans stroking each other's egos with some meaningless platitude, thus giving them the ability fabricate a level of sociopathic thinking so they can ****ing sleep at night.

Exceptional my god damn ass.
That's your opinion. Doen't mean it's accurate. Corporate greed? That has nothing to do with American Exceptionalism in the context of fighting against weapons of mass destruction. Also, I think it's hilarious that you found room within your rant to argue against our prison population. I'd recommend you grab a history book on the American criminal justice system, since it's obvious that you are severely lacking in that area of expertise. Otherwise, rant on while finding fault with your own country to the point that you feel we can do NO GOOD anywhere else on the planet. Your liberal counterparts are sure to cheer you on!

I fail to see your point. This whole fiasco was a bumbling, stumbling mess. Who do you think caused this mess? Mr. Red Line, that's who. His backtracking has to be a new world record. And Vladimir, of all people, propped him up. What a joke!

I think you've gotten all your talking points all crossed up today. Thanks for the early morning laughs though.
