Do you?

Do you know what the Constitution is?
Do you understand the role of the Federal Government.
Do you understand the difference in Statutory law and Common law?

So the voters in Texas who elected him are crazy? They're not the crazy ones here.

Debates don't matter. Votes do. You can win debates all you want like Romney did, doesn't mean bull in an election.

But hey, "he must be crazy, b/c he is a Republican, yet, that person, knows no thing about Cruz".
I probably know more about Ted Cruz than you do, but even if someone knew nothing about him until this week, the image he has projected is crazy. He spends months goading the House into sending him a bill to defund Obamacare, and when he gets what he wants he realizes he has nowhere to go with it. (Great planning, Ted!) Then he tries to goad his fellow senators into not voting for the very bill he demanded. Gee, why would anyone think he's an idiot?

He sets all of this in motion without even consulting with his own party to see if they will support his idiocy, and surprise, surprise! Nope, they see it for the idiocy that it is and they want no part of it. Seeing that he is about to be blamed--rightly so--for bringing this idiocy down upon his party, he quickly tries to shift the blame onto his fellow senators, proclaiming that it will be their fault that his idiotic plan failed because they wouldn't be idiots and go along with it.

Ted Cruz is all about one person and one person only, Ted Cruz. Note how whenever his idiocy is exposed, he attempts to deflect blame to someone else? It's Harry Reid's fault. It's the Republicans in the Senate's fault. If the bill passes without the defunding language and goes back to the House, it will be the House's fault if they don't "stand firm." When, in fact, this entire fiasco is Ted Cruz's fault. And the idiot Tea Party will dance behind this Pied Piper right off the cliff.

Those of us who have been following this guy for a while have seen an ego that is so big it arrives 10 minutes before him wherever he goes. He is universally disliked among his peers because of his hubris. He's actually the perfect candidate for the TP dupes.

Where were you during the election? Romney floored Obama in several debates, especially the first one and second one. Then he effed up with his 47% non-sense and lost the election. Just because you win a majority of your debates doesn't translate into votes.

How will the media help Hilary, this time?
LOL!

Romney won one debate that the media gate keepers were not prepared to control.
The media won the next two.

Or did you watch something different.
Cruz is winning this debate......... LOL

Everything is there to fund the government and all it's obligations and nothing gets shutdown. Why is everyone screaming that Ted Cruz is going to shutdown the government?
What more do you want?

What I want is for healthcare reform to stay. GOP doesn't want it to stay because it's going to work. Let the GOP trainwreck if they ever get into power in 2016. It'll only accelerate the pace faster to single payer, which I would have liked in the first place. The cat's out of the bag, there is no more going back to pre-existing conditions and policies being dropped because cancer is too expensive to fight
