Of course you can. But only one of the many things that kills children is a weapon whose purpose is to kill.

Really? Thousands?

The article basically addresses that by pointing out how accidental gun deaths are often classified as homicides, or not really indicated as being gun related.

It can be said that the weapon's purpose is to DEFEND or PROTECT.

This is just the NY Times using children to assist the left's agenda to ban guns from U.S. citizens.

Yes thousands. I have no problem with people who are irresponsible and cause harm to others being charged. It would be no different than someone running a light and hitting a kid in the crosswalk
