Senate Democrats did what House Republicans demanded--they passed a budget. The Senate already compromised by passing a CR at the spending levels the Republicans demanded. Republicans refused to do what they say they wanted, and refuse to go to conference. Yeah, it's the Democrats at fault. Not.
A budget full of spend, spend, spend with no cuts. A budget that has No compromise in it.
Are you saying Dems wanted to spend more? Just how stupid are libs to think that we can just keep spending money, and not expect to run out eventually. The GOP is finally acting like grownups, and the toddlers on the left are crying and whining.

The biggest fallacy of the op is that there is a winner and loser in the political process. Second biggest fallacy is that there is a point at which political opposition should cease. Both are erroneous and out of touch with the reality of american politics.
Is it not true that pwogs have wanted 'nationalized' health care since the Great Depression? That the enactment of Medicare and subsequent extensions have been part of that political process.
Is it not true that via the political process that the result of Roe v Wade has been slowly, but surely eroded? That today, infanticide is no longer as prevalent and as easily obtained, at someone else's expense as in the 70s, 80s and even the 90s?
Only pwogressives want to limit the free speech of the political process in our national life.

Justice Roberts said in his Obamacare opinion, that it was up to the political process to determine if this is what the country wanted, in striking down the federally mandated medicaid expansion, necessary to effect Obamacare. Seven justices, including Harvard's Elena Kagan and Stephen Breyer, joined that opinion.
Follow the process. The House approves or does not approve. If it does not approve, then the Senate is required to negotiate. The word negotiate means you trade. You give up something. The other side gives up something. A conversation is not a negotiation. Something has to be on the table. The House is demanding the Senate negotiate.
Tea Party conservatives are demanding that the budget be linked to amending the ACA. There is no reason to link the two. The polls have shown that Americans don't want the two linked. The Tea Party conservatives don't want the rest of the government to negotiate, they want the rest of the government to capitulate. Capitulation is off the table.
Why won't Obama negotiate. Oh that's right. He thinks he is a dictator. How about that 3000% reduction in your health insurance policies everyone?
