I think most people are getting impatient with how long it's taking to get it started up, especially if they're not familiar with how the ACA was designed to be implemented in stages. The bill was written that way to give everyone time to prepare for it. Once the health care exchanges are in place, and we have a couple of years of operation under our belt (with problems that happen with any new program tweaked, and I'll be the first to say that we need to do some tweaking) I'll be curious to see what the response is. I don't know anyone with young adult children or with a pre-existing condition who doesn't like being able to easily insure themselves or their kids, and that's the majority of what's up and running now.

And everyone is ready for it EXCEPT the Federal Government.
And so come the postponements and exceptions and waivers because HHS/IRS/etc. agencies aren't ready.
Everybody is jumping ship except for the hard core swooners who will defend dear leader if they saw him in person shoot their whole family. Now the democrats are "in session" I'm sure trying to come up with a way to blame this all on anybody and everybody but themselves.

And they're especially happy they can get coverage at my expense!
No wonder he'd rather give lectures on race....anything to change the subject.
Democrats overall still support ACA.
Even thought your graph shows a decline in the moderate democrat support, support by all factions of democrats is still well above 50% with "I Dont Know" at 25% and independents leaning Democrat.
