In political theatre, Sarah Palin is stale popcorn to be swept from the isles and tossed in the trash.

I love how the liberals are defending Bashir's actions!! If someone came out and said the same thing about Obama, they would be strung up as a racist in the court of public opinion.

What if I were to say the same thing about Joe Biden? He's on the same mental level as Sarah Palin and has crap coming out of his mount on a daily basis. Would that be seen as ok?

lol.

Palin is the reason McCain got the votes he got. I would never in a million years vote for McCain on a stand-alone ticket, but I did vote for him by default because I wanted to vote for Palin.

Palin was the best decision that idiot McCain ever made.

It was a choice made by the McCain campaign, not the Republican Party.

No, that's not correct. It was the choice of the GOP. McCain had little choice in the matter.

Sarah Palin is poison. No real Republican wants anything to do with her.

To Bashir's credit, he did apologize today.

This kind of vitriol is pretty much standard fare from today's left and from MSNBC. Truly disgusting. Aren't these the same people that lectured the country on civility in the aftermath of the Gabby Giffords shooting?

Any conservative commentator who said something even approaching this would be instantaneously fired and demonized by the MSM for weeks. And rightfully so. The question is, why do liberals like Bashir get a pass? They constantly demonize and dehumanize anyone who disagrees with liberal orthodoxy.
Martin Bashir is disgusting. I hate this guy.

Bla bla bla bla... all you're doing is repeating nonsense. I seem to remember her beating expectations against Biden (according to both sides) hands down in their only debate. She isn't a stupid women, contrary to the liberal talking point.

To justify a freak like Bashir, and his disgraceful remarks shows how wacky the left has become.

Tea Baggers and Dookies - the left seem to have an unhealthy preoccupation with $hit.

More civility from the tolerant and compassionate ones. I think the left would give more respect to a murderer than Palin.

Bashir missed the hypocrisy of Palin and most Republicans on government spending. Palin is from the party that started two wars, doubled defense spending, created Homeland Security, tripled VA Spending, and added Medicare Part D. Now she is complaining about borrowing money. In 2010 she was the one who coined the term Death Panels for the IPAB and an attempt to stop runaway Medicare spending. The 800 pound gorilla in the room is Medicare which will go to 1.1 trillion in the next eight years if nothing is done. Palin was just tossing out red meat to the "base" which uses the programs that need to be cut.
