The most any of you Republicans could argue is that the President cant broadly give a year long exemption to all companies meeting the 50/100 employee threshold, he has to go case by case.
Please cite in the law where the president is given this power

Personally, I think it's the "George Jefferson Syndrome." He and Weezy moved up to the East Side and really don't know what to do with themselves. This attitude is just a natural offshoot of being clueless and out of place.

Remember all the way back to October when Obamacare was "settled" "the law of the land" "passed by both houses of Congress and affirmed by the Supreme Court" and could not be delayed or changed in any way? Obama and Reid shut down the government rather than delay the mandates.

Thank goodness for Obama most of voting public is more concerned about Flappy Birds being removed than paying attention to another of his lies.

After he was forced to resign. If only history would repeat itself now.

Whether Obama believes as Nixon did...The Congress questioned Nixon's actions, the 113th Congress has that same ability.

Obama's actions are out in the open for all to see and scrutinize. Ted Cruz has already labled obama's actions as "lawlessness". What is he and the Congress waiting for?

Crap or get of the 'Lawlessness" pot.
