I'll give one as an example. The bill states a specific date that businesses HAVE to implement their part of the law.
Obama "granted" a 1 year waiver.
The bill did NOT say around, or about or some time in the future. It gave a SPECIFIC date. It IS part of the law.
Exactly! Obama had three years to ask for amendments to this tyrannical law.
The way our system of government works is, if the president or his admin identify a section of the law that needs to be amended to delay enforcement of the employer mandate, the Congress reviews the law, the people give their input to their elected members, and if Congress agrees it needs to be amended, the Congress writes the amendment, the president signs it, and the law is now changed.
That of course was before King Barack "I have a pen" Obama became president.
Republican logic: Run ads for 4 years telling individuals and businesses not to sign up for Obamacare then get pissed at the President for delaying the fines for not signing up.
Really. This just sounds like the constant loop of complaining that that GOP seems to be stuck on.

What if just before losing power in 2016, the Democrats enact a law taxing incomes between $200,000 -$500,000 at 50%, and incomes above $500,000 at 75%, effective January 1st, 2017.
Upon taking office, the new Republican president and vice president, the Koch brothers, announce that they will delay implementation of the new tax for two years, until 2019, because “they’re friends of ours, and besides, they’ve promised they’ll use the extra money to spew carbon into our atmosphere and ruin the world".
What say you, dsjj? Do President and Vice President Koch have the power to do this? If not, why not?
No they dont have that power because taxes and its revenue goes through congress. if they have a republican majority and change the tax codes then by all means they have that power.

In case you forgot, the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the individual mandate provisions of Obamacare on the ground that it was a tax… which, under the Constitution, must originate in the *House.*
Obama unilaterally stayed the enforcement of that law one year, claiming it was within his executive powers to amend tax bills last year and has done that again. I guess it is good to be King.
Obama, the tyrant in the Oval Office. What else can he do by decree. We have to ask.
Once again, Obama steps over the line, acting in typical fashion, as the Supreme Leader, who is himself the law. A new delay, by fiat, bypassing Congressional authority, and all for political purposes, as the 2014 mid-terms draw near. He hopes to provide some protection of Democrat Senate seats.
He's only going to help conservatives win back some seats in the Senate and gain even more seats in the House. People are just tired of this moron's antics. He's just playing president and nothing more.
