Everybody seems to forget about Hitler, Mao, and Stalin. All who ruled by decree.

Exactly! Obama had three years to ask for amendments to this tyrannical law.

The way our system of government works is, if the president or his admin identify a section of the law that needs to be amended to delay enforcement of the employer mandate, the Congress reviews the law, the people give their input to their elected members, and if Congress agrees it needs to be amended, the Congress writes the amendment, the president signs it, and the law is now changed.

That of course was before King Barack "I have a pen" Obama became president.

Really. This just sounds like the constant loop of complaining that that GOP seems to be stuck on.

Wow. Now HERE is some hyperbole.

Changing the babies clothes, dyeing its hair does not change the fact it is one ugly baby; baby.
You ignore the post insisting the ACA will lead other Presidents to kill people for the public good and think that dsjj251 is guilty of hyperbole? Come on.

Upon taking office, the new Republican president and vice president, the Koch brothers, announce that they will delay implementation of the new tax for two years, until 2019, because “they’re friends of ours, and besides, they’ve promised they’ll use the extra money to spew carbon into our atmosphere and ruin the world".

What say you, dsjj? Do President and Vice President Koch have the power to do this? If not, why not?
No they dont have that power because taxes and its revenue goes through congress. if they have a republican majority and change the tax codes then by all means they have that power.

Yep, Bush did it ALL by himself!

Really? The last I looked the DEM Senate Majority leader AND the Dem Minority Leader CO-SPONSORED the bill giving Bush authority for the wars.

And I am SURE you missed this little tidbit.

Dem's who voted FOR the wars:
Baucus (D-MT)
Bayh (D-IN)
Biden (D-DE) Current VP
Breaux (D-LA)
Cantwell (D-WA)
Carnahan (D-MO)
Carper (D-DE)
Cleland (D-GA)
Clinton (D-NY) Past Sec of State (Labeled Smartest women in the world by many lefties)
Daschle (D-SD) Leader of the Senate at the time and co-sponsored the bill
Dodd (D-CT)
Dorgan (D-ND)
Edwards (D-NC) Ran for VP
Feinstein (D-CA)
Harkin (D-IA)
Hollings (D-SC)
Johnson (D-SD)
Kerry (D-MA) Ran for Pres. Current Sec, of State
Kohl (D-WI)
Landrieu (D-LA)
Lieberman (D-CT) Ran for Pres.
Lincoln (D-AR)
Miller (D-GA)
Nelson (D-FL)
Nelson (D-NE)
Reid (D-NV) Current leader of the Senate
Rockefeller (D-WV)
Schumer (D-NY)
Torricelli (D-NJ)

I'd be willing to bet that you supported many of these and voted for some. Biden twice.

You are equating believing a lie to creating one.

for example, if you think your mom is dead your entire life because your dad told you she was, and you told your friends she was dead as well, but then one day she comes back , does that make you as bad as your father.

The answer is obviously no, but you are so partisan you dont see the flaw in your own argument.

In case you forgot, the Supreme Court upheld the constitutionality of the individual mandate provisions of Obamacare on the ground that it was a tax… which, under the Constitution, must originate in the *House.*

Obama unilaterally stayed the enforcement of that law one year, claiming it was within his executive powers to amend tax bills last year and has done that again. I guess it is good to be King.

Once again, Obama steps over the line, acting in typical fashion, as the Supreme Leader, who is himself the law. A new delay, by fiat, bypassing Congressional authority, and all for political purposes, as the 2014 mid-terms draw near. He hopes to provide some protection of Democrat Senate seats.
He's only going to help conservatives win back some seats in the Senate and gain even more seats in the House. People are just tired of this moron's antics. He's just playing president and nothing more.
