So your evidence that Obama had nothing to do with the 2009 budget, is to cite the fact that Congress signed the 2010 budget which was very similar, both of whcih were signed into law by Obama..
yeah, thats a coherant argument you're making.. Not..
No that's the subject of the article YOU supplied was about the 2010 budget. Lol. Carry on.
The FY 2009 continuing resolution was a measure designed to allow Congressional leaders to work around the 2008 presidential election and deflect spending fights with President Bush during his last months in office. Foreseeing a repeat of budget fights over FY 2007 and FY 2008, the Democratic leadership in the House and Senate chose not to pursue several appropriations bills leading up to the 2008 summer recess. The only appropriations bill sent to President Bush for his signature was the 2008 Defense authorization bill

OBAMA SIGNED ALL OTHER BILLS for 2009..
No he didn't. He signed an Omnibus bill for 410billion dollars in discretionary spending. The federal budget was over 3trillion dollars. Please stop pretending.

You dont know what you are talking about.. There is no "federal" budget.. There are a dozen small budgets that get put together, each one signed by the President.
Bush signed the military budget, Obama signed ALL THE OTHER ONES..
Again

Once again 90% of that debt is not from Obama. It's from Bush. It's carry over. it's the two wars, the economic downturn caused by the Bush economic policies.

You don't know what you are talking about. The total federal budget is over 3trillion dollars. President Obama in March 2009 signed an omnibus bill with 410billion in discretionary spending. Fantasyland.
