Ah yes..new website..still prone to not being able to handle the "millions" that went to the website each and every time a new deadline was announced.

We don't see medicare advantage or medicare part D websites going down like this do we ?
We don't see the CMS websites going down like this do we ?

So don't try to compare your tiny little website to HealthCare.gov.

Now Amazon.com is another story.

They likely have one of the largest server set ups up on the planet.

And they need it, because they have millions of users on their website every single day.
100K people on the site at any given moment shouldnt crash it because not everyone is hitting save at the same moment. That data is saved into a users computer cache and then only sends updates back and forth.

My systems are running upwards of hundreds of millions of updates per day, not even close to your babble of 100.. and no, thats not an exageration.

again, get a clue. What part of I CONNECT to Amazon, makes it another story, but one you choose to ignore regardless?

You now saying Amazon can do it, but the federal government cant? hahahaha..

Obamacare Website Fails as Deadline Arrives - NBC News

There, I gave you a liberal news site so you can't blame it on Fox.

I suspect this thread will slowly go away now!!

An administration spokesman said the website is usually offline for maintenance overnight, and was brought down for four extra hours by a technical glitch — not a rush of procrastinators or hackers.

Not for 90 days..they get a 90 day window to pay and can use that insurance for the 90 days as well.
HHS guaranteed them payment if the individuals don't pay and get kicked out.

Not sure what qualifies as a Bug. Sounds like R2d2 is just making excuses for a failure of the website to function.
No "minor bug" crashes an entire website and keeps it offline.

LOL..that's a "sev 1 crit sit" right there that would have every manager along the chain and every programmer called up and told to come in and get to work if that was a commercial site.

A "minor bug" indeed.
