I suspect he'll be courtmarshalled, found guilty ... he'll serve maybe a little time, but will be dishonorably discharged. From all accounts, his brain is scramballed. Maybe we send him to the Phoenix VA Hospital ... to wait for care!

We owe it to the soldiers who died trying to find him to get to the bottom of this, rather than rushing to promote him and probably award him medals. At least the promotion is on hold for now. If he is a deserter - or worse, a traitor - then he should be treated as such. In the meantime, though, the presumption of innocence applies.
Sadly, where there is so little evidence that he was captured, and everything is pointing in the bad direction, that's probably the direction this will go in, and rightly so.

He hasn't.

In this case, that apparently includes SECURING THE RELEASE OF A CAPTIVE US SOLDIER WHO WAS IN THE HANDS OF THE ENEMY FOR FIVE YEARS.
Who apparently deserted.

Effin' pathetic, man. It's getting impossible for rational Americans to keep from laughing in their faces.
With the idiot squatting in the WH its a comedy show everyday. Every day he does something moronic.

Jimmy Carter got at least 2 things right in his 4 years. He deregulated the airlines and the railroads.

Obama hasn't done one thing right but that's par for the course for a community organizer and a freshman Senator who only voted present.

They already know he left a desertion note.

"Pfc. Bowe Bergdahl left behind a note in his tent saying he had become disillusioned with the Army, did not support the American mission in Afghanistan and was leaving to start a new life."

You have to wonder if any WH aide did any due diligence on Bergdahl before sending Obama to completely step in another clusterfrack.
No due diligence was done. If the WH had done so, they would have known about the desertion note Bergdahl left in his tent.

More amateur hour follies at the WH. It's like having the Keystone Cops running the country.

As I said, pure deflection from the narcissism damaging VA scandal.

It's called progressivism, and it's the most dangerous threat to the United States and our Constitution in history. They are trying to dismantle us from within.

Whoa... and alien abductions are real, chem-trails are poisoning us, and I saw big foot.

The five men they traded for one deserter were the west equivalent to generals. THEY DO POSE A THREAT

As for Guantanimo, well you should be asking Obama why he hasn't closed it. After all, he promised to nearly seven years ago. But then, promises do not seem to be one of his priorities.

Will Begrdahl give his after the parade "thank you" speech to the townspeople in his hometown in Idaho in the Pashtoon lingo or in English...?

So, your point is one should be automatically presumed guilty upon any allegation whatsoever? It's a scary world that you want us to live in.

The U.S. Army already knows Bergdahl is guilty of desertion. He left a desertion note in his tent.
