And until the Federal Civil Rights Law is changed to reflect this, yes they do. In fact, if you look up the First Amendment Free Exercise Clause - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia, you'll see that it is the Federal governments charter to protect this business owners religious beliefs.

The clear implication is that you believe that if the federal law is changed to include "sexual orientation", then the baker will not be able to discriminate against gays.
But then in the second sentence you talk about the baker's Constitutional right to discriminate against gays because of his religious beliefs.
You seem to be sayng that if Congress wants, it can change the Federal Civil Rights Law in such a way as to eliminate the baker's Constitutional right to discriminate against gay people based on his religious beliefs. Do you really believe that Congress has the power to do away with Constitutional rights by writing laws?
