If you're just here to observe "who cries," then why are you actively spreading lies?

services, facilities, privileges, advantages, or accommodations are extended, offered, sold, or otherwise made
available to the public. Place of public accommodation also includes the facilities of the following private
clubs:

There's something really wrong with some people.
If only you knew some of the **** talking that goes on in Vietnamese nail salons about customers who don't speak the language & some of the ways they cheat customers not to mention Uncle Sam by accepting cash only.

This kinda stuff happens right before your eyes all the time & its somehow OK.

Same principle applies here.

If he doesn't like someone he isn't obligated to give them the 5 star treatment. The only thing he's obligated to do is abide by FDA rules.

"You don't have FREEDOM to break the law."

You might want to explain that, in very simple words, to some politicians in Washington D.C.
Some of the most senior ones seem to think they can break or modify any law they want, any time they want.

Less than 4% of Colorado is Black I don't think this would even be an issue.

This thread has gone from not agreeing with gay marriage to hating Black people how in the world did that happen?

Great point - how could anyone possibly know anything about this case? It sucks that the only information available regarding this saga is the 15 word title of this thread.

If you offer a good for sale, say a cake, you can not discriminate on who you will sell that cake to. If you do not offer cakes for sale, then you do not have to sell them to anyone. If I walk in and you refuse to sell me a cake, but sell the person behind me in line a cake, then you are discriminating.
