So just shoot people that have long guns on their back?
Personally I woukd assess the situation....is the rifle shouldered with a sling over their back....are they in a defensive mode..are they carrying it hunting style......
Again...many assumptions are being made without knowing the full story...
The same could be said with a Kkk rally or burning the American flag, but it is still legal.
Sometimes you have to deal with things you don't like, welcome to the world.
The KKK is not likely to walk into a restaurant with their hoods on nor is anyone going to walk into a restaurant and burn the flag. Seeing people wearing white hoods or buning a flag are far from a person walking in with a long gun in hand or on the shoulder.

You are the one that has to deal with things you don't like. Toady we have already had a shooting at a college and a student killed and an attack on a court house in Ga.
Only time will tell how long before the American people say this is enough.
Suppose I simply want to disarm the guy until we can verify that he's not a violent felon, a meth-head, a thug, mentally unbalanced, etc., and that he has appropriate training and experience?
I don't want some potentially dangerous person carrying a weapon around my kids.
I also don't see why I'm supposed to wait until he fires before checking him out. That defeats the whole point of my CCW permit.

If you walk up to a person carrying a rifle who is there to kill anyway...youll be the first dead...
You should wait until granny strokes out from fear the kids wet there pants and start uncontrollable wailing. Then you should look for his NRA patch before defending yourself. lol sickeningly.

They actually do walk into places in a klan outfit.
Crime is at 40 year low, you can save the emotional rhetoric.
Deal with it? Some people might deal with it by disarming the people walking in with guns.
They have no legal authority to do so. Probably not the best plan.
