LOL it was a speech where she was trying to show that she is down with the poor.
Sort of like Kerry buying a hunting license. Rich elitist snobs acting like they be one of us.
Oh so now she was trying to act poor? And how exactly do you know the people in that congregation were all poor?

Well does she speak like that when she is talking to rich white people? Nah I didn't think so. She is just another fraud. Now her husband on the other hand, he knew how to relate to just about any audience without making a fool out of himself. Maybe she was adversely affected from ducking sniper fire? Oh wait she lied about that too.
But hey, if you want to believe in a complete fraud feel fro. This is America. What did PT Barnum say?
She is really clueless and still has no real experience in order to run for President.

Hillary Clinton, who has a net worth upwards of $50 million, said in an interview that she is "unlike a lot of people who are truly well off."
Clinton was derided for comments made last week that her family was "dead broke" when it left the White House in 2000 although they were far from the poverty line. Bill and Hillary Clinton have reportedly made more than $100 million since leaving the White House.
But Hillary, who charges a six figure speaking fee, says with a burst of laughter that she is not "truly well off" and that her wealth is the result of "hard work," according to The Guardian:
Ahhh! And watch any clip of her stepping up on to a platform. One step, right foot; step up, by one step, right foot; step up, again. That is like someone in their late 70s or 80s. Or, in ill health.
So your contention is that the congregants of a black church love it when a white person comes into their church and mocks them by "acting black," so much so that the Reverend stands up and applauds? Oh yes, that has to be it.
I agree. Enough of this. She came from a modest middle class upbringing so she can probably identify with the middle class more than someone who was born into wealth, but she has not been poor or even middle class for a long, long time. She needs to knock it off. It just makes her look foolish.
Agreed, though the funny part is even with a worth of $50 million, she actually IS poor compared to the insanely moneyed interests that typically buy presidential elections. The Koch Brothers are worth $40 billion each, George Soros is worth at least $26 billion.
Don't get me wrong - what she is saying is idiotic - but it is funny to see just how out of scale wealth can get and how it can warp the minds of the wealthy into thinking that they are "not doing that well."
When you spend most of the time hanging out with billionaire campaign donors, being a millionaire suddenly seems pathetic.
Of course, by absolute standards among the world's population, everyone who posts on this forum is rich. Just something to think about.
Well, for a while there, I was genuinely frightened she had a reasonable chance of being president. Now, the worry is fading quickly...
