He can SAY whatever he wants, but that has nothing to do with this decision. If his beliefs are not "sincerely held" then it's fraud in my opinion.

They're beliefs are b.s., yet these people hold them in high regard for standing up for their beliefs, when they only do so when it helps them. When it makes them money all of a sudden they are ok with it.
So another company files the lawsuit? Does that make the outcome better for you?

Should I be able to claim a religious exemption because mine says I shouldn't pay taxes? Should a scientologist be able to take all mental health out of their insurance plans?
All of your questions are answered in the SCOTUS ruling.

Ok, well MY company doesn't want to hire blacks or Hispanics or gays, and won't provide health coverage for unwed mothers or people under 25. I also want to sexually harass my women employees, but hey, it's okay because it's my company right? Stupid argument.
You're going off the deep end and all of that was addressed in the SCOTUS ruling you apparently are too scared to read.

This company didn't pay for them before.

Did Americans all of a sudden fall into poverty ?

HHS declared these mandates August 2011.
IUD's have been around a lot long then that and WOW..somehow people found ways to pay for them.

You can't always get your way Libs.

Congress may be too scared to stand up to Obama but SCOTUS isn't.

Only slightly. I would still think it was crazy, but at least the company would be sincere. Assuming they weren't just like HL.

BigJohn, where does it explain that it's okay to invest in the product you claim to be against? I would be interested to read that.

Hey, you said it was cool because it was their company. Is it not cool if it's my company? It's only okay if it is something you believe in?
