Those are the only two options.

Either way, Israel is right in their actions.

I would say both. Kerry needs to go back to France and play his crappola. Hamas needs to be destroyed. It will both happen I'm sure.

You've summarized it as well as it can be said.

Kerry is an incompetent fool and the Palestinans are subhuman savages who are best eliminated.

Another option is both. Hamas is unable to be reasoned with, because their only objective is the complete destruction of Israel. Kerry is ineffective because he is incapable of understanding this, and like Lucy and the football, thinks "this" time might be the one time that hugging it out works.

Both. Kerry is an impediment. Hamas rakes in money pleading the victim while beating their own citizens who are trying to escape bombing areas israel sends them warnings about. They deceptively post photos of dead children that were killed elsewhere as if recent deaths to gain sympathy. Instead of using the billions given to them to improve living conditions for those they are suppose to represent they foment war in order to enrich themselves. Hamas is an enemy of their own people as well as of israel. Those tunnels must absolutely be destroyed, even Egypt says so. Israel should not have to live under constant threat.

If this is Kerry's fault, then every American president and Sec State has been incompetent for a very long time. It amazes me every time people find a way to blame America for everything that happens around the world.

About 10 years ago US bullied Israel into pulling our of Gaza, and then bullied them into allowing elections in Palestine which put Hamas officially in power. As a cherry on the top, we gave them half a billion dollars which they spent on arming themselves. So, yes, maybe some of it is our fault, but you can't blame US every time something happens especially when it has nothing to do with us. They are terrorists, and they will behave like terrorists and they aren't going to ask our opinion before they act.

Default Is John Kerry ineffective or is Hamas unable to be reasoned with?

Yes, and yes.

Kerry led demonstrations in Washington, DC, marching under the Viet Cong flag, and regurgitated falsehoods before the Senate Foreign Relations, and betrayed his "band of brothers" calling them all "war criminals".

On April 18, 1971, Kerry appeared on NBC's "Meet the Press" stating "Yes, yes, I committed the same kind of atrocities…". In 1985 North Vietnam's General Vo Nguyen Giap actually credits Kerry with helping them ''win the war''.

General Vo Nguyen Giap, the North Vietnamese general, the architect of the military campaign that finally drove the U.S. out of South Vietnam in 1975, is cited as crediting Presidential aspirant John Kerry and his VVAW with helping them achieve victory. In Giap's 1985 memoir about the war, he wrote that if it weren't for organizations like Kerry's Vietnam Veterans Against the War, Hanoi would have surrendered to the U.S." Giap was quoted as saying, "What we still don't understand is why you Americans stopped the bombing of Hanoi. You had us on the ropes. If you had pressed us a little harder, just for another day or two, we were ready to surrender! It was the same at the battles of TET. You defeated us! We knew it, and we thought you knew it. But, we were elated to notice the media were definitely helping us. They were causing more disruption in America than we could in the battlefields. Yes, we were ready to surrender. You had won!"

John Kerry's picture hangs in the Vietnamese communist's war museum (formerly called the War Crimes Museum) in Saigon (now called Ho Chi Minh City), in which he is immortalized in tribute to aiding the communists in winning the war.

Kerry called American troops baby killers and terrorists in 2006. How you can choose him to be in a position of importance is beyond me.

Please list all the effective negotiations that have been concluded with Hamas.

If there are none, you've answered you own question.

Carry on.
