Basically a "which do you prefer" question. Both have been criticized as the "worst presidents ever."
I would honestly rather have Bush back. I can acknowledge some change was needed after 2008, but Obama was not the way to go. Bush seems to be a better person and more personable. He also loves his country and is more classy. Obama is just a whiner and never gets things done. Bush was also more supportive of our military and would have taken down ISIS by now.
This is basically a poll to indicate if there are more Conservatives or Liberals on this forum. Independents typically don't care enough about politics to argue about them on the Internet.
CD has has become increasingly more conservative over the last few years, due to about 15-20 posters that perpetually hijack all the political threads.
When all is said and done. Obama will leave office with an approval rating somewhere in the 40's, which is about as high of an approval rating possible these days, due to our media and the Internet.
Under the Obama administration healthcare reform was addressed, civil rights violations were addressed, marriage equality was addressed, and voter suppression was addressed. Under a Bush administration these important topics wouldn't have been addressed in the same way; if addressed at all...
Bush threatened to launch the Iraq war whether he got Congressional approval or not.
Obama launched air strikes against Libya without Congressional Approval OR even Congressional notification. He made the announcement while he was on Air Force 1 in route to South America.
Your arguments and "apologist attitude" don't hold up.

LOL. Healthcare was addressed all right. A complete and total failure that is vastly unpopular with the American people - except for the (D) sycophants of course.
Civil rights violations were addressed? I guess if you're a perpetual victim that would be important. But sending an army of FBI agents to Ferguson to investigate the killing of a thug is a waste of resources.
"Marriage" equality is an issue for the states.
"Voter suppression" was certainly addressed by the criminal enterprise that is the Obama administration. He used the federal government to suppress enough political activity and white votes to defraud his way into a second term. Congratulations, but the criminal indictments are coming once we get a Republican president.

Emotion aside, Obama addressed important areas that Bush didn't. Even though you might not like the ACA, and how healthcare was addressed, a plan was put into place to do something for a broken system.

So putting a plan into place on a broken system that made things worse is justification to say he's better? No one has yet to come up with a truly workable solution.
It doesn't matter who the puppet figurehead is on The Rothschild Plantation. The State will still take all of its orders from the financiers who own The United States.

The misunderstanding is that the ACA isn't "worst" than what we had before, which is pretty much nothing...

Any time you tie legislation to the IRS it becomes worse. And inevitably that much harder to fix for the next guy. If it had fixed anything or at least made one small advancement in the right direction, we still wouldn't be arguing about it.

What about Medicaid expansion? The ACA fixed more than a few issues. It appears you are not familiar with the actual benefits. I included a link so you can read up on them...
