Maybe the town is not that racist? She could be full of crap and projecting. Yeah, she can move a few towns over where the black people won't accept them either.
Black people will accept the girl with no issues, but Lesbians? NIMBY.
So you think medical malpractice law suites are wrong?
Doctor saves your life but at the same time makes a mistake and removes the wrong arm?
The doctor saved your life so you should be happy and move on even if you are missing your arm?
You still have not explained why you think this is wrong? Would you of rather the mother abort the baby the started over with the correct sperm?
Well you are broadening the scope of the issue. This was not medical malpractice. Somebody in a lab labeled something incorrectly. Ever get your neighbor's mail? Ever file a Visa bill in a folder for Amex? A tech did the same thing millions do in an array of industries, albeit with more noticable consequences.
What I think is wrong is reveling in the daughter's existence while simultaneously suing. To me, that sends a dual, conflicting message" "This is wonderful vs This is tainted."
So you're saying that most people are ok with allowing the deposit of random sperm within and are ok with whatever happens to take root?
Good point.
Have you ever thought you were going to drink a Coke and and you tasted milk instead? If I go to Burger King and order a Whopper, I don't want a Fish sandwich. The woman specified what she wanted and received something else, case closed.
Is this a joke? The sperm bank showed incompetence, she wanted one sperm and was given another.
She took less care than ordering a pizza. And that is no joke.
