I'm guessing yes. After all, if the government needs to put an person in your home, they should have every right to do so. Government knows best. DC forever!

Be careful, I thought he finally understood the brilliance of the founders and then he called them paranoid.

BHAAAAAA!!!!! you must have called in sick the day your school taught history........one thing bout history since the beginning of time that is for certain , it always repeats itself.....the question is when, where and how.

"paranoia"??? lol ........tell that to the 6 million Jews who were sent to the oven if having the right to bear arms to defend themselves was paranoia.

Tell that to Mexicans who have the toughest gun control laws on the planet to only live under constant terror by the drug cartels and criminals and can't rely on the police.

The 2nd and 3rd could both be repealed and rights in this country would not suffer.

I never made such a statement. It's certainly true that a gun ban doesn't cause crime to increase as many claim. It's also clear that cities with lax gun laws are not more peaceful than cities with strict laws.

It is amazing how some people can keep their head buried in the sand.

so you would like it fine and dandy if soldiers came into your home, ate your food, flirted with your wife or daughter and took your belongings?

i think not.

since you only care about some amendments and not the rest, maybe you should try reading those amendments before spouting off like you know what they mean and say.

You're saying that you have never made a statement attributing the decline in DC's homicide rate to the gun ban of 1975?

Of course homes with guns are more likely to have accidental shootings, domestic incidents, homicides, suicides, with guns. Duh!!!! They have GUNS. It's akin to saying people who drive or ride in cars are more likely to be involved in auto accidents, hit and runs and DUIs. REALLY. It's because they drive or ride in cars. The answer is NOT to get rid of the guns/cars. For every accident, homicide, hit and run with a car/gun, there are hundreds of thousands that use them wisely. No this is just about taking firearms out of citizens' hands.
