How does your "friend" know what he's billed out for?

I worked for an IT company as a recruiter and our consultants NEVER knew what their billing rate was.

Your friend isn't getting taken to the cleaners - he's not forced to work for the company he does.

He can 1099 himself or find another "business" to contract himself out with.

If he wants to be an idiot and work for less than he really is worth, that's his problem.

If his skill set is worth his hourly rate, doesn't matter what amount of $$ he's being billed out for.

Uh, he writes bills and a receipt after his work is completed then charges the customer.....


A $467 bill for 2.5 hrs work ain't half bad.
