ok my last argument here for those who cant see why this is wrong. lets take chick fil-A. the owner is very anti gay and has come out saying so. Protests over his comments have spread, but the DIFFERENCE is, he's not banning them from coming into his business and buying products from him/franchisees.
can you NOT see the difference? if you cant then you are blinder than hellenkeller.
The wonder of Chick-file-a is not "anti-gay". He supports the current definition of marriage and does not publicly deny that homosexuality is a sin. He has never banned homosexuals from his business, nor from buying products.
Baronelle has stated openly that homosexuality is a sin, but she has never banned a homosexual from her store or denied a homosexual the purchases of flowers, the gay couple continue to patronize her business. Further, she has and will employ homosexuals.
No, I cannot see the difference, because you cannot show where a gay couple sought the services of chick-fil-a to cater their gay wedding and therefore, you cannot compare the companies on the key issue.
There is no such thing as "separation of church and state" just say you are happy that we still have progressive lemmings that parrot anything without understanding it.
true. we have folks like you who try to get them merged into one. That's why you had folks like jerry falwell
True, but I wouldn't take certain posters too seriously. To use one of their favorite words, no one could be this deliberately obtuse. After a while, you begin to suspect they are simply carrying on because they enjoy the reaction they are getting. Don't make the mistake of taking them too seriously.

hmm what? she DENIED them from BUYING FLOWERS. what they do with them doesn't matter. for all we care, they could go S&M with each other with the flowers, same with a chicken sandwich. that's not YOUR right to declare how one should handle a product bought.
Wrong. She declined to create flowers for a celebration of homosexuality because of her religious beliefs. She recommended another florist for them. She continues to sell the couple flowers. In fact, it was the State that initiated this action against her, NOT the gay customer.

Huh. That's peculiar then, that the judge said she illegally refused to sell a gay man flowers and the Attorney General of Washington is suing her for doing just that.

Really? And can you point me to that judge's opinion? Good luck with that.

Please cite the law which states there is a distinction between flowers for the dinner table and flowers for a wedding.
