Very true, heck, we have had a politician admit his own facts weren't meant to be taken as factual information. For all we know, he could say he was unaware or misspoke or even say he lied or whatever and it may or may not have any effect.

thats because hard drives might crash on computers, but not on email servers. Even if an email server hard drive crashes, they are usually raid, and redundant, you just pop one out, install a new drive, and it rebuilds the drive, including all the data that was on the crashed drive. Did they think the entire would, wouldnt know this? Clearly many didnt, but some obviously knew better.

This is just another example of the lawless nature of the Obama administration. NO ONE or no entity, seems to be able to hold this gangster administration to the rule of law.
It is amazing what has transpired over the last six years; the Constitution and the rule of law have been ignored and now anything goes.
The US has reached a very dangerous point in its history. Will the Senate, Congress, Supreme Court, or the military react to the unlawful actions of Obama, or is this a new precedent, in which the actions of the POTUS are no longer influenced by historical checks and balances?

This would be of note if it was a saved email from BEFORE it happened. This is just a email after the alleged event. I can TOTALLY believe it....
what I don't believe is that the data got lost afterwards from the backups as well.
And since the data has been partially found, it will be interesting to see whats in it.
