So why do people have to buy more insurance than they need?

Arizona (not one of the southern states expected to have the 61% of white southerns) is Republican and shot that down and complained that Jan Brewer wanted to expand Medicaid (ACCHCS) even though I know ACCHCS is super hard to enroll into similar to the southern states that are expected to have that issue.

As for the race issue, it's because most would expect blacks would be more adversely affected by the law.

And to get the surgery done, I have to show proof of coverage or pay upfront both the Dr and hospital were the surgery is getting done....or else no surgery.

Have health insurance can mean the difference between having health care and not having health care in many medical situations. If you don't agree, then we will just have to agree to disagree.

The CBO said we'd never get below 30 million uninsured

Can you do the math on the net decrease, at a cost of $2 Trillion over 10 years

Come on, you're smart enough..

And since we're now talking about 8 million who might lose subsidies.. this is a net loss of how many privately insured individuals? Come on.. baby steps.. you can do it...
Gallup has been tracking the uninsured rate since 2008. The current number (12.3%) is the lowest since they've been tracking it.

We've had this dance before, several times, which makes posting this especially tiring.

By the way, here is an interesting article in regards to some other repercussions if SCOTUS sides with King. Pressroom | Milken Institute School of Public Health | GW

In essence, striking down subsidies could potentially cost the live of thousands of citizens.

Dont care. A tax credit is never the same thing as a tax penalty just like saving ones own money, isnt close to giving money to the government to pay for someone elses insurance.

No matter how many times you try to claim they are the same, they are exact opposites of one another.

Here is the heritage proposal

Note TAX CREDITS.. not tax penalties

Which puts it pretty much where we were prior to the economic collapse.

Are you sure adding ten million to the welfare rolls, is really the definition of an accomplishment you want to try to sell people on?

Especially given the "lowest" is an outright LIE

In fact, the current percentage is pretty much in line with historic going back DECADES...

Bravo at being sold on dog **** = pudding
