A second recording of dash-cam footage from Saturday morning has been released from the investigation into a police shooting in South Carolina, showing there was a man in Walter Scott's passenger seat when he was pulled over.
Well....people certainly expect blacks to be PERFECT when it comes to claims to racism. We have no margin of error to get it wrong before people like you use the fact that we got it wrong before to discredit any future claims.
If your doing something illegal, being pulled over, being arrested is not harassment, it means you're caught, period.
Race should not be in this discussion unless their is evidence of some sort of bias from the officer. People using race in this discussion are trivializing the much more egregious crime of murder/manslaughter.

Oh you mean like the "margin of error" in the Ferguson case where they looted and burned down businesses, where it cost the town millions, where someone shot and killed two cops in spite... is that the margin of error you are referring to?
Yea, your imperfection cost people's livelihoods and people's lives.

Even if Walter Scott did not have all those outstanding warrants, he was driving a car without a registration or insurance. I don't know the law in SC, but in FL it's illegal not to have insurance and people who are stopped without the proper paperwork often go to jail.
Still, it was wrong to shoot this man in the back.
By the way, there's a new video of a man being beaten after a high speed chase in Southern Calif. He even stole a horse to get away! He was punched & kicked by 10 officers. He is not Black. I am not justifying police brutality, but why do these people run?

Yes, in South Carolina, the law requires you to have insurance and have proof of insurance with you. There is a grace period for registration - 30 days - but you must have a bill of sale in lieu of a registration. Temporary tags are not required but available.
