No, there is nothing in our government that said murdering babies is legal. You can't go and kill a baby and think nothing is going to happen from it. That would be classified as murder and you would go to prison for that.

All have had very strong doubts raised about if they were actually guilty. Tafero even had someone else confess after the execution.
No convincing evidence any of those four were innocent. There is still no poster boy for the anti-death penalty folks. It has been two generations since the reinstatement of the death penalty.

FYI; This Liberal supports early term abortions on demand and the death penalty with conditions. I just heard on the radio that the darling of the US Senate and possible future candidate for the Presidency, Elizabeth Warren came out and she is against the death penalty for the Boston Marathon bomber terrorist. He was found guilty on all 30 plus counts and now awaits sentencing which will be either the death penalty of life in prison.
Warren still holds onto the belief that this poor kid was influenced by his older brother to place bombs at the feet of innocent people and he should not be put to death. Instead he should be locked in jail for the rest of his days and forgotten about.
Warren represents the Democratic party in Massachusetts and she is firmly against the Death Penalty while being all for Abortion?
How can a person be so Against an innocent life being brought into this world and issue a death sentence for that baby yet cannot be For the death penalty of a known terrorist bomber who killed 4 people and maimed scores more?

As usual, *******s want to pretend that a fetus isn't human, and isn't alive. A fetus is a living person, whether you want to pretend it isn't or not. From the instant of conception, everything is determined about you; your eye color, hair color, body type, blood type, talents, intelligence; everything. From that very instant, you are you.

Using right winger logic, yes. A woman should be allowed to choose if she wishes to have something growing inside her or not. What stage do you think most women have abortions? Do you think they wait until they almost come to term to have one?
