How can you not see something wrong here? What is wrong with you?

Cost of a police bulet: a couple bucks at most

Cost of vehicle repairs: probably over $800

The cop should have shot him. If lethal force is required, its a lot cheaper to use something designed for it, not your vehicle.

He was not simply holding or possessing a gun. I would like to know why you would characterize it the way you did because its disingenuous.

Sounds a bit mentally unstable doesn't he? This is an area that law enforcement is greatly lacking in.

What is the value of the cops life? The guy is armed with a weapon that is much more accurate at a distance and certainly much more deadly. The vest the cops wear are usually not designed to stop a round like that.

No, you are right, he was holding it under his own chin.

How can you tell it wasn't a shotgun? I can't. The article notes "rifle" but I doubt many reporters knows the difference.

Hmmm...still not buying it. Getting closer with your vehicle still gives him the option of shooting you.

The cop should have stopped and shot him. Or for a safer take down took him out with a rifle from a distance from behind his vehicle.

BTW for arguments....this ones pretty minor. LOL.

Why do you say that? Seriously for all we know the guy is diabetic and was having a low blood sugar episode.

Mind you-im not saying the cops actions were wrong, but wishing death on the guy seems excessive til we know more.
