Germans are smarter than the Portuguese, the Spaniards and the Greeks. That's not really debatable. There is no metric by which the Portuguese, Spaniards and Greeks can be compared to Germans that shows a parity in intelligence.
Again, that is "racist" (not in the strict sense as both are white) nonsense. Since when does anyone have to prove they are as intelligent as someone else? The burden lies with the "racist" claiming someone is less intelligent than someone else because of ethnicity.

have been largely responsible for destruction of the Middle East.
Libya has been utterly destroyed and all its welath confiscated by the west
and various criminals. It's just all a mess.. with tons of land in Libya and Iraq
that could be used to house these poor victims.
Set up a place in North Africa or Middle East for them.

You made the claim that they were equal in intelligence, which is not backed up by any objective facts. The burden of proof is on you, but facts don't really seem to be your thing.

Leftists always put the burden of proof on others, no matter how ridiculous the case. Somehow it's just implicit that their beliefs receive the benefit of the doubt.
There were two block so to speak, not just Germany and Japan.
I don't like that idea of blocks. I think it makes more sense to have a global agreement where every nation is protected from an invasion of any country via a defense mechanism where all other countries are obliged to help the invaded country. Basically what happens within blocks such as Nato. That would also have prevented situations like in the Ukraine. The UN security council would cease to exist, and along with it the vetoing and abuse of that body.
Russia has always been too big to mess with and it will stay that way more than ever.
Russia's "Mexico" with nukes. Take the "Bomb" away, Russia would crumple real fast in any war with the US. Even their well known winters wouldn't help anymore since their cities would still be targeted by by things like Daisy Cutters and so on.
What does one have to do with the other? Germany has boomed at the expense of other EU countries (and the US, which is also complaining about Germany's trade practices), not least via the Euro, which is a huge burden on many EU countries such as Portugal. And it was introduced so that Germans could have their reunification.
China is also an economic powerhouse, does that mean it is a good country?
What?! East Germany went away; what, 25 years ago? The Euro didn't start till after the 21st Century was here.
China;s just big, on a per capita level, it ain't squat.
