you know obama will take the state of arizona to court and win on the side of welfare, and they will get unlimited welfare time and double the amount because they was discrimnated

Well, no. A 'tax break' is a lower effective tax rate.

I do notice that sunspots were also higher in the 1950s, so in the interest of correlation = causation, I think I found another reason for high growth rates in the economy.

TANF is only for 2 years in AZ. They are reducing it to 1 year.
There is HUD for housing and SNAP for food.
TANF is their monthly spending money.
