Before more people start inexplicably touting Bush as a hero, I think they should read this part of the article:

Quote:
The last time Bush polled in positive territory was in early April 2005, close to three months into his second term.

Among living presidents, George H.W. Bush and Bill Clinton are viewed the most favorably, with 64 percent responding favorably to both. Just 30 percent see the elder Bush negatively, and 33 percent see Clinton in an unfavorable light.
It seems to me Bush is more popular now because he isn't doing or saying anything and all of the horrible things he has done to the world and the US (with the exception of the economy) have actually gotten worse under Obama, though not necessarily because of him. Of course, they were always going to get worse no matter who succeeded him simply because of the magnitude of their wrongness, but memories are short.

And then there's the right wing narrative that tries to pin ISIS on Obama even though ISIS is pretty much just Saddam's best friends coming back for revenge.

https://firstlook.org/theintercept/2...dam-loyalists/

But I'm sure that killing Saddam played no part in this and the solution is to keep pumping money that the US doesn't have into a war that cannot be won. At least, not without also going to war with the upper crust of Saudi Arabia.

"A brother?" Brother of whom exactly?

When did I tell you that I was "a brother?"

And in spite of being the media darling Obama is STILL polling lower than Bush.

Although I thought Bush was a terrible president, I think Obama won the title from him.... I have to wonder why we can't find an honorable person...

Lol @ "Mr President...how has your faith sustained you?"

Yeah...that's some real hardball questioning there by the "liberal media."

I don't think time will be kind to Obama.

Something tells me there's going to be a LOT of books written about Obama, and a large number of them won't be pleasant. But I'm sure he'll do something to curry favor with the media, like finally coming out of the closet.

Hell, that might even be worth a South Park episode.
