That's certainly possible.

However, it does seem that the victim's families have already forgiven him ( within a day or so/worry about his soul/pray for his soul but admit they are HURT/Angry and feel violated)..so IF STATE goes after him with DP..that's on the Politician's/STATE not the victims IMO
We'll have to see.

Hang him high, and hang him soon.

I'm only in favor of capital punishment for exceedingly egregious cases that are particularly heinous in nature, and this certainly qualifies.

No. And not because I'm against capital punishment for moral reasons, but only because that's too easy. A life in the penn is hell already, to execute him would make it easy for him.

I say put him in with the roughest of the rough. He wanted to kill blacks but notice he didn't go to the hood. He went to a church where he knew he'd find the peaceful pacifist blacks. Nah, I say put him in with Jamal and the boys so they can teach him what black power can really do.

Too bad they no longer use the electric chair. I was always a fan of "Old Sparky". This guy deserves it. And I don't care if he's crazy as a sh!thouse rat.

ANYBODY aged 13 and up, who does a horrible crime, and there is NO question about their guilt, should be executed in 1 year or less, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Two words....

Due process.

Any other course negates our Constitution and Bill of Rights.

Justice must be served to preserve justice for all.

Agreed, and it is silly to even care about political persuasion in this case.
