San Francisco based Uber announced new policy banning firearms both by driver and passengers. How they expect to enforce this is another issue.

They are taking on a big liability by making it impossible for either their drivers or customers to defend themselves. Hopefully they get sued rather quickly after one of their defenseless employees is victimized.
