NASA space shuttle program shutdown= We need something to do.

NASA is funding for climate change reasons.

I think nasa must think we dont understand the science of how ice melts in water... you dont get more water. In fact it stays the same. ALSO rising seas and falling seas in different parts of the world HAPPEN.

If man didnt move sand around to repair coasts lines the sea would take some of it ANYWAY.

I know, I don't see the point of the scientists constantly doing their fear mongering. How about offering us a freaking solution instead of just bad news over and over?

Galveston handled the problem in 1900.

Science tells us that the sea level has been hundreds of meters higher and hundreds of meters lower in the past. There are all kinds of reasons for this but we know that the change in levels is a fact. What these ideology driven advocates are talking about is infinitesimal in comparison to past reality and really carries no weight with anyone knowledgeable at all.

I don't think you read the article.

The ice sheets melting in Antartica and Greenland are not in the Ocean that accounts for 1/3 of the rise, expanding oceans and melting glaciers are the remainder.

NASA has plenty of work without climate change but if it makes you feel better carry on.
