Yeah, checking back at the comments here just confirms there is little point...

Rather than partake in the quips back and forth, I leave you with this to ponder if you don't like the idea of POTUS Sanders.

"A woman's place is in the house, and in the Senate."

After O'bummer, THIS would be the way to continue the slide into the nobody-works-but-gets-paid-anyway mentality that is so common in the No-Information crowd of voters. Save us!

It's ironic that you bemoan the no-information voters, when your post displays that you have no idea what you are talking about and thus are one of those no-information voters.

What you are discussing represents the slide that is common from the right-wing. A truthful fact, such as 47% of Americans pay no income taxes, slides into "47% pay no taxes;" which then slides into "half of Americans are on welfare;" which then becomes what you wrote, "nobody-works-but-gets-paid-anyway."

The reality, of course, is that most of those that receive public aid fall into the following categorizes:
  • Those that work full-time but still are below the poverty line
  • The disabled
  • The elderly
  • Children

The right wants to perpetuate the fallacy of a large mass of people who refuse to work but get "free-stuff" from the taxpayers, to anger low-information voters to vote for the party that wants to cut out these free-bees -- and while doing so, vote for the party that will lower taxes on the rich, which is the primary objective.

I think you have the right all wrong! We just want the disabled, the elderly and the children to work a little longer, harder, get more of their skin in the game! Those working below the poverty line should simply get a better job!

If the left would stop spending so much time with statistics and facts and stuff like that, maybe get a REAL job, we might just make America great again.

Trump for POTUS!
