Why do you support denying constitutional rights to American citizens on government lists?

Seems when terrorism comes to America, it is our fight.

So .......

Everyone feel perfectly "safe" now?
Everyone convinced that we won't have any more of these Radical Islamist Attacks?
Everyone totally understand how TeamObama is going to do forward to stop these Attacks?
Everyone Calm now?

How about Bush ...... still blaming him for Fort Hood, Chattanooga & San Bernardino?
Can anyone figure out exactly what this Lecture was for? And what it accomplished?

The BIG NEWS ...... was that he actually called a Terrorist Attack - a Terrorist Attack.
Big Whoppi.

I just watch speech, I was away during live opera.

His eyes are dark and blank, nothing there

The only time he smiled was when he said "the threat from terrorism is real'" Go back and look at micro-expressions (Micro Expressions - Paul Ekman Group, LLC) in his face as he blathers the same crap we have been hearing for 6 years.

Blah blah gun control, blah blah better vetting visas, blah blah blame it on congress, blah blah no war, blah blah work with countries to fix their own problems (how'd that work out when we trained Iraquis:, blah blah don't turn on each other, blah blah no religious tests, blah blah no more divisiveness

Yep this fireside chat made me feel soft and fuzzy

"You can always count on Americans to do the right thing - after they've tried everything else."
Winston Churchill

No it doesn't. Think Chicago, etc. All it does is make law-abiding citizens soft targets for the criminals and terrorists. I'm not good with that.

Translation: terrorists are a problem... but don't disarm them until it's too late.

Right-wing gun nuts literally trying to make the problem worse.

And LE's across the US can put people on those lists.

Here's an older story of MD LE's that put political activists on that list and classified them as terrorists because they protested against the Iraq War.

As they say.."Who is watching the watchers ?"

Md. Police Put Activists' Names On Terror Lists
The Maryland State Police classified 53 nonviolent activists as terrorists and entered their names and personal information into state and federal databases that track terrorism suspects, the state police chief acknowledged yesterday.
..
Sheridan said protest groups were also entered as terrorist organizations in the databases, but his staff has not identified which ones.
