Pure bull2547.... for the simple fact that they throw around the whole "climate change" term as though it's actually happening... extreme weather has always occurred and will always continue to occur... there's nothing new about cold fronts, warm fronts, and low pressure systems.. nothing new about warm spells in winter caused by the jet stream or freeze warnings in north and central Florida... yet every time there's a snowstorm, tornado outbreak, Hurricane, drought, etc. people post garbage about climate change that frankly gets nauseating to read after awhile.
As a weather nut/meteorologist at least.... as this stuff has always happened and will always continue to happen. I'd be more worried if it stopped happening....
as a "weather nut" surely you understand that most meteorological events are driven by temperature/concentration gradients, and the easiest way to achieve those is to artificially disrupt the natural dynamic response by putting MORE energy and MORE composition into the system....

3) mankind is the only primary agent of fossil fuel combustion
Yesterday - December 27th - it was 65 degrees in Philadelphia and joggers were out in T-shirts and shorts. We haven't had a freeze yet. The roses and geraniums are still in bloom. One week ago it hit 75 degrees.
The weather does seem freakish this year.
In many places the records that were set 10, 26, 49 or 103 years ago were broke.
I wonder why the myth of global warming is always with a bad outcome. Certainly, if certain areas get warmer longer that is a good thing for production of food and reducing the need for fuel to heat a home.
I'm not sure I want to live in a world without coffee, chocolate and peanut butter.
Maybe if you start asking why the political elitists that are disseminating such misinformation to the idiots that cant get enough of it, are trying to make you believe that you will live without it,....... you would be further ahead, learn something, and you may even have an epiphany of sorts.

I am scientifically literate and neither a conservative or a Republican. It is amusing to find a forum with such a proliferation of narrow-minded people who think in binary terms concerning ideology and political parties. Isn't questioning someone's education level against the TOS?
