Thank God for Rush and Fox News, and to hell with the can-kicking GOP and DNC. AGW is a political fraud being perpetrated against the people to take away their sources of energy, which weakens them considerable, and to empower the Ruling Elite. Only the dimmest of bulbs buy into AGW as anything other than a political fraud masquerading as science.

when was the last time the axis "tilted" to a significantly distinguishable obliquity?

As a weather nut/meteorologist at least.... as this stuff has always happened and will always continue to happen. I'd be more worried if it stopped happening....

as a "weather nut" surely you understand that most meteorological events are driven by temperature/concentration gradients, and the easiest way to achieve those is to artificially disrupt the natural dynamic response by putting MORE energy and MORE composition into the system....

which of the following do you have evidence against (pro-tip, any of the 3 will win you a nobel prize if proven true)

1) combusting fossil fuels produces (mostly) CO2
2) CO2 has IR active vibrational modes
3) mankind is the only primary agent of fossil fuel combustion

The weather does seem freakish this year.
In many places the records that were set 10, 26, 49 or 103 years ago were broke.

I wonder why the myth of global warming is always with a bad outcome. Certainly, if certain areas get warmer longer that is a good thing for production of food and reducing the need for fuel to heat a home.

Maybe if you start asking why the political elitists that are disseminating such misinformation to the idiots that cant get enough of it, are trying to make you believe that you will live without it,....... you would be further ahead, learn something, and you may even have an epiphany of sorts.

hint: it's about manipulating the gullible.

I am scientifically literate and neither a conservative or a Republican. It is amusing to find a forum with such a proliferation of narrow-minded people who think in binary terms concerning ideology and political parties. Isn't questioning someone's education level against the TOS?

And millions of years ago, before humans were on the planet, it was so warm there were palm trees growing in Antarctica and Kansas was underwater.

So who caused global warming then?
