Yeah, let's forget history, repeating it will be so much fun.

Perhaps you should make an effort to learn the difference.

HOW is this any different than RADICALS like the KKK who are self-professed Christians?
1. the kkk make up about a thousand knuckheads running around being stupid. There are more than 200 million radicalized muslims at a minimum.
2. the overwhelming majority of people who live in countries where there are kkk types oppose their every action, and force them to the margins of society. in the majority of countries the majority of non-radicalized muslims have expressed understanding that the actions of the radicals are within the islamic tradition.
3. No person, kkk member or not, can use the New Testament scripture to justify murder...or even the use of violence for any end. Every person on the face of the earth, can pick up a koran and find plenty of passages that speak of the use of violence and mayhem to achieve political means. That includes, beatings, economic deprivation, rape, sex slavery, murder and torture.
4. Every member of the kkk is an idiot and should be derided and driven from polite society. Every progressive I have run across seems to be far too willing to justify and excuse radicalized islam. in fact the current president wont even recognize it exists.

Hey, Let's hear from an alleged believer just how "nuking them" would be justified by anything ever said by Jesus?

YES! IT IS!

The founders and framers were God fearing Christians ("Bible thumpers" to you). And those who came to America did so to escape persecution and religious freedom, not to escape religion.

Some state Constitutions required that anyone seeking office must profess their faith in Jesus Christ. That doesn't sound to me like anyone was trying to escape "religious B.S."

Your understanding of American history is sadly lacking, and very wrong.
Your understanding of the Constitution is sadly lacking. Freedom of religion does not exist without freedom from religion. But all you La-Z-Boy Crusaders are perfectly free to hop on your horses and ride off on your quests.

we don't need to forget history. In fact we need to understand it.... in context.... and not make silly comparisons between what is happening today and what happened 400 years ago.

it is moronic to hear someone (like the president) start screeching "CRUSAIDS" when the subject of modern terrorism being carried out by radicalized muslims TODAY.

We see this daily. we see this in this thread.

Sounds like you are very attuned and in sympathy with and in favor of the methods of radical Islamists, ISIS is recruiting.

What every American needs to know is that you don't know anything about Islam.

We see this daily. we see this in this thread.

We also see moronic ideas such as a perfect willingness to eliminate 1,600,000,000 people for what you yourself have estimated as ~ 200,000,000 radicals.

And how many different denominations follow the bible? Seems it's hard for major religions to agree on the same religious text.
Which one treats women as second class citizens?

Which ones stone women and children to death?

Which one says to kill all non-believers?

Which one allows only Christians to walk into the door?

Why do you think Saddam, Qaddafi and Assar held these people back?

If ISIS is Saddam's army........what does this tell us about the culture?

Saudi Arabia and Iran........why are the countries government more about a strong fist and not Love & Peace? Why are they both sending their children to America to be educated in Western colleges?

Notice how BLM protestors are using the clinched fist, why is this?

This explains why dictators and bad leaders need to be killed off.
